Privacy
Your information, in plain words.

The short version
Ultra collects only what it needs to arrange your call, do the work and get paid. We don't sell your information, and this site has no advertising trackers.
What we collect, and why
- When you book a call. Your name, your email, how you'd like to meet, the time you choose, your time zone as your browser reports it, and anything you write in the notes. We use it to hold the call and to follow up with you. If we have an email service connected, we email you a confirmation, a note if the call is moved or cancelled, a reminder an hour before, and how to join 10 minutes before.
- When you join a call on this site. The call's sound and picture travel directly between your browser and the browsers of the other people in it. They do not pass through our servers and nothing is recorded. To connect the browsers, each one learns the other's network (IP) address, as in any direct call, and a public address-lookup service run by Cloudflare or Google is asked what your own address is; those services see your address and nothing of the call. While you are in a call we hold the name you typed and the connection details your browser shares with the others. They are deleted when you leave; anything left behind by a page that was simply closed is cleared out within hours, the next time a call page is opened. Your camera and microphone are used only while you are in the call or checking them beforehand, and only after you allow it.
- When you ask us a question. The "Ask a question" form saves your name, your email and what you wrote, so that we can reply by email. If you become a client, it is kept with your client record; otherwise you can ask us to delete it.
- When you send us a message. Where a page of this site offers "send us a message" (about an invoice, a proposal or a call), what you write is saved with your name and email from that invoice, proposal or booking, so that we can reply. We keep it with your client record. We may ask an AI service to help us draft the reply: it is given what you wrote, and not your name or contact details. A person reads and sends every reply.
- When you use the call-prep assistant. The project description you type is sent to an AI service, which writes a draft agenda. We don't save what you type or the agenda, unless you add the agenda to your booking notes yourself. Please leave private or sensitive details out of it.
- When we prepare an estimate or plan the work. We may ask an AI service to help us break your project into tasks and steps. It is given a description of the project. The site does not add your name or contact details to it, and a person checks the result before anything is sent to you.
- When you accept a proposal. We send proposals as a private link. If you accept one online, the name you type, the date and time, and the network (IP) address and browser you accepted from are saved with it, as the record of what was agreed, when and by whom.
- When you become a client. Your name, your email, what we agreed to build, your invoices and a record of your payments.
- When you pay. Payments are handled by Stripe. Your card or bank details go straight to them; this site never sees or stores them. We keep the amount, the date, how it was paid (for example "Card" or "Bank transfer") and the payment's reference number.
- When you subscribe to monthly care. Stripe keeps your billing contact details, subscription, renewal invoices and payment method to charge the agreed monthly amount. Ultra can read your subscription status to provide care. An essential, private cookie remembers your checkout in this browser for one year so you can return to manage billing. It is not used for tracking and your payment details are never in it. If you clear it or use another browser, contact Ultra for help managing your plan.
- Technical details. Like most websites, our hosting records basic details such as your IP address, your browser and the pages you visit. They are used to keep the site secure and to count visits. To stop abuse of the booking form and the assistant, we also count requests from each IP address and delete those counts after about two days.
- On your device. Your browser remembers whether you chose light or dark mode. After you book a call it also remembers your booking link and the time, so this site can show you the call when you come back; that is forgotten once the call has passed or been cancelled. If you join a call here, it remembers the name you typed, so you are not asked again. We set no advertising or tracking cookies. When you open an invoice to pay, Stripe loads its own payment form, and it may set cookies of its own to prevent fraud.
Who we share it with
Only the services that make the site work, and only what each one needs:
- Lovable, which hosts this site and its database (on Supabase and Cloudflare)
- Stripe, to take payments
- An AI service (Anthropic, or the one our host provides), for the call-prep assistant and for drafting estimates, plans and replies
- An email service (Resend or Brevo), to send you the emails about your call: it is given your name, your email address and the emails themselves
- Cloudflare and Google, whose public address-lookup services help two browsers find each other for a call held on this site
We don't sell your information to anyone.
How long we keep it
We keep booking details and client records for as long as we need them to work with you, and to meet tax and record-keeping rules. If you booked a call and decided not to go ahead, you can ask us to delete your details.
Your choices
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can also reschedule or cancel a call yourself, using the link you were given when you booked.
To ask for any of these, contact us.
Children
This site is for businesses. It isn't meant for children, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
Changes to this notice
If we change how we handle your information, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
